How much does a custom plaque cost?
A standard engraved letterbox plaque starts around CHF 38 including VAT. The live designer shows an exact price as you choose material, size and text.
Which materials can I choose?
Brass, stainless steel, aluminium, black acrylic, slate and walnut — each with its own look and price, all weather-rated for outdoor use.
How do I know which letterbox plaque fits?
Swiss letterboxes are brand-specific (Kehrer, Givel, Stebler…). Send a photo through our photo helper and we identify the exact model that fits.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered free across Switzerland, typically in 1–2 business days by Swiss Post.
Do you offer volume and business pricing?
Yes — automatic discounts up to −30% on larger runs, plus purchase orders, VAT invoices and CSV bulk ordering on the Business page.
How are plaques mounted?
Choose adhesive pads, screw holes or standoff bosses in the designer; we finish the plate accordingly.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown with Swiss VAT (8.1%). Business customers receive a proper VAT invoice.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes — keep your specification and reorder any time; business accounts can save designs for consistent branding.
