- Order data: name, company, email, phone, delivery address, order details. Required to process and ship your order.
- Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe (stripe.com). We never store card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, browser type, referring site — collected via Google Analytics 4 (with your consent).
- Cookies: session cookies (essential) and analytics cookies (with consent). See our cookie notice below.
3. How we use your data
- To process, produce and deliver your order
- To send order confirmation and VAT invoice by email

- To improve our website (analytics, with consent)

4. Legal basis
Order data: contract performance. Analytics and advertising: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time via our cookie settings). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Order and invoice data: 10 years (Swiss commercial law). Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
