SwissReturns & Refunds
Short version: Because every plaque is made to your exact specification, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your plaque arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you — no questions asked.
Custom-made products
All plaques on SwissPlaques.ch are personalised to your order (text, material, size, finish). Under Swiss law (CO Art. 40a ff.), personalised goods are exempt from the general 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to standard products.
Defective or incorrect products
If your plaque arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your confirmed order specification, we will make it right:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt at order@abc-office.ch
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- We will offer a free replacement or a full refund within 5 business days of confirming the defect
Two-year outdoor guarantee
All outdoor plaques carry a two-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor conditions. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refund process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card or TWINT) within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
